Founded in 1971 by engineers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), American Alarm has grown to become New England’s largest independent security systems provider. With comprehensive burglar, fire, access control and video systems, we protect all classes of property, from single-family homes to multi-site banks and retail operations, to major public and historic venues such as the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston and the New Hampshire Statehouse. We have offices in Arlington and Auburn, Massachusetts and Windham, New Hampshire. At our Arlington headquarters we operate our own U.L. Listed, Five-Diamond Certified Central Station, exclusively for monitoring our customers’ property 24-7.
